Well hello Kristopher how are you today? I’m great. So much better.

So you’re here visiting Dr. Polzin here at Bellevue Pain Institute. And what are you seeing Dr. Polzin for? Oh my neck and back, oh jeez my neck and back were always a big problem for me and I’ve had multiple sclerosis for over 12 years. He is a big help he came with helping hands and did a phenomenal presentation and I stepped forward and just been in care loving it ever since. Yeah, you know I have the opportunity to see you walk in every way and especially after the weekend I can see the look on your face where you just can’t wait to get in here like “where is my doc I need my relief.” This make me feel so much better. And what is it that make you feel better, a combination of things? It is a combination of things. That my back is so much better that my neck is so much better I’m almost forgetting to take the pain pill that I used to take all the time and that’s just phenomenal to me.

So how else is it effecting you? You have a lot less pain, you have a lot less symptoms. Are you sleeping better? Are you more aware? Yes and yes to both of those. I used to sleep on very hard surfaces it seemed and could never get myself situated right and now I can do that so easily. And just drift right into rest. Oh drift right into rest and quietness.

Before you started care with Dr. Polzin was was your average pain? It was an 8 to off the scale. And all coming for your back and your neck? Oh yeah. And after coming here where are you on a daily basis on your pain level? Under 5, so much better. That is amazing, so where do you think this is going? This is going to give me a lot more opportunity in my future to give relief for myself and my symptoms literally disappear and that makes me so happy so enjoyable.

And your quality of life is back, low pain lots of sleep I’m sure a little more hungry eating well. I am eating well, I am able to do a lot more thing without a problem.

Good for your Christopher well I am definitely pleasured to be able to work with you and watch you get the relief that you need in your life and I’ll be revisiting with you a couple weeks into your care and I think we just need to revisit and see how you come out on the other end ultimately.
